Maximum allowed is 1 product per order. If you need to order another item than the one you have in cart, please remove the previous item from your cart first.

Friendly Reminder for Parents and Guardians to Submit a Claim:Remember, when you’re ready to submit a claim for approval, head to the KEEP app and click Login with Merit. (You can also view the full instructional video here). The order request will not be approved until a claim has been submitted, so we recommend that you submit a claim the same day you make the order request. - After placing an order, an email is sent to you with your pending order. (Check the SPAM folder if you don’t receive an email).
- Submit your claim in the KEEP app: app.keep.ks.gov
- KEEP will notify you if the order is approved or declined.
